Many things inspire me, from religious freedom to environmental protection, but I am inspired most by youth who have realized their own potential to initiate and produce positive changes in their environment. In addition, youth who have taken their own meager resources to create change in their community without the support of others (e.g. politicians and alike) have also been an inspiration to me. Inspiration is the KEY. Nothing is more powerful than the inspired. I'm actually inspired by the feeling that what kind of a world will it be when we are all helping each other, no wars, no hunger, HIV/AIDS no everything that is bad, but just like paradise. Then I ask myself who can do this except me and you.

Being born and raised in Kenya, culture and the study of humanity has always been my inspiration. My beautiful country of Kenya has a diverse and unique set of cultural values and a heritage drawn from 42 ethnic groups. This has inspired me to think beyond Kenya and Africa, anthropology with its origins in the natural sciences, the humanities, and the social sciences has given me a global picture.
